Shipping Timelines

• All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement, except on Sundays and public holidays when processing is unavailable.
  
• Delivery within India takes 3-6 business days from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to, operational challenges at the logistics end, or pincode serviceability issues, where delivery might take additional time.
  
• International delivery timelines vary by destination, with shipping charges applied on an actual basis (see below).
  
• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the order to our warehouse. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or returns.
  
• If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please raise a request within 24 hours by emailing us at feverfewbyjsfab@gmail.com for Proof of Delivery (POD) or resolution.
